Our energy-efficient container

The FAGSI ProENERGY is an energy-efficient container that fulfils the legal requirements of the Building Energy Act (GEG). This must always be complied with if a building has a service life of more than 24 months, and the relevant evidence must be submitted with the building application. No GEG certificate is required for a service life of less than two years. For temporary buildings used for two to five years, the provisions of the GEG apply with exceptions: Minimum thermal insulation and summer thermal insulation must be verified. For buildings in permanent use for more than five years, the requirements of the GEG must be met in full and a classic verification must be provided.

FAGSI's ProENERGY containers are equipped with renewable energy sources, modern heating and system technology and therefore fulfil the GEG requirements. On request, we can also draw up an energy certificate for your building. The ProENERGY impresses with its low operating costs and high energy efficiency, especially in complex systems with high quality requirements. Whether as an interim building or a permanent solution - the FAGSI ProENERGY is ideal for offices, administrative buildings, halls of residence, universities, schools and nurseries.

Constructing energy-efficient buildings from containers

Demand for energy is increasing worldwide. As a result, the situation on the energy markets is becoming more acute and energy prices are rising continuously. Investing in the energy efficiency of a building therefore pays off very quickly. Considering that buildings currently account for around 35 per cent of Germany's total final energy consumption, this offers enormous potential for savings.

In addition to the financial aspect, the environment also plays a role. Energy efficiency in buildings has a direct impact on the emission of climate-damaging carbon dioxide - the higher the energy efficiency, the better for the climate.

The energy performance certificate, which assigns the building an energy efficiency class from A+ to H, ensures transparency with regard to the energy efficiency of buildings. All aspects of energy requirements, from the heating system to insulation and tightness, are taken into account here so that the energy level of buildings can be compared accurately, simply and effectively.
