Equipment
Focus on functionality and adaptability
FAGSI containers are consistently equipped according to their intended use and the specific requirements on site. Whether used as an office, school, residential or construction site container - the interior and exterior fittings can be flexibly planned and implemented. Functional aspects are just as important as technical standards and user-orientated details.
The basic equipment includes a CEE power connection, which enables the container buildings to be used throughout Europe. In addition, sanitary units with WC, shower or barrier-free facilities can be integrated. Kitchen elements for recreation or living areas can also be realised. The rooms can also be customised in terms of heating, lighting and data and internet connections. The interior fit-out can be customised in terms of flooring, wall design or acoustic properties. Structural extensions such as staircases, connecting corridors or canopies are also possible.
The containers are manufactured by our sister company ProContain. High standards apply in terms of material quality, stability, fire protection and health and environmental protection. All equipment options are subject to strict quality controls and are designed for durability and safe operation.
In order to customise the containers according to the respective requirements, it is possible to plan the container modules directly with the appropriate furnishings. This includes furniture such as tables, chairs, whiteboards or even entire kitchens and wet rooms. When planning the container building, requests regarding the kitchen equipment and the design of the washrooms and sanitary facilities can be taken into account. This is particularly helpful for school and residential containers. When planning an office container, the electronic equipment of the respective room can be designed in advance. From a whiteboard for presentations and desks to high-speed Internet, ergonomic office chairs and special filing cabinets.
In addition to the equipment and extensions, the security of the container building is a top priority. In addition to fire protection, this also includes burglary protection. For example, special container locking systems or window grilles can be planned for the containers. Security systems such as alarm systems can also be installed. This can be particularly useful for office containers or residential containers with exclusive technical features. Fire protection includes, for example, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers or smoke detectors in the container buildings.
A preliminary building enquiry can be used to clarify whether a property can be built on as planned before a building application is submitted. A preliminary building enquiry can be submitted to the municipality or building authority in order to clarify in advance whether - or with what restrictions - the planned building project can be realised in principle and whether it is compatible with building law or the applicable development plans. Although the so-called preliminary building decision issued by the authority on this basis does not anticipate the decision on subsequent planning permission, it does provide the developer with more planning security.
Of course, the issue of heating and air conditioning the container systems is very important. Whether summer or winter - a pleasant temperature is important. Air conditioning units can be installed in the containers to cool the rooms to a pleasant temperature in summer. Electric wall convectors including a thermostat can be installed for heating.
Equipment according to type of use
Electrical equipment for FAGSI containers
A CEE 400V/32A input plug and a CEE 400V/32A output coupling are installed on the outside of all containers. This means that the container systems can be supplied electrically from the outside via a CEE connection using Plug & Play, or the containers can be connected to each other. However, the number of containers that can be connected is limited due to the power required for the various installations in the containers. The containers contain modular distribution boxes with main switches and earth leakage circuit breakers. In addition, the distribution boxes are fitted with surge protection as required.
Switches and sockets are flush-mounted in our containers. Our entire product ranges include luminaires with LED technology, which can be used as surface-mounted or recessed luminaires depending on the requirements of the installation site. The shapes vary between round versions and the standard size of 620 x 620. For heating, we install an electric wall convector with thermostat as standard.
The ProEco, ProBasic, ProBasic 2.0, ProEnergy II and ProEnergy III series are equipped with a CEE connection so that they can be easily connected to the 400 volt power supply throughout Europe. Once connected, the containers are immediately ready for use, i.e. sockets can be used, light switches, lighting and electric heating can be installed. A central power supply can be provided if a higher-quality container system is purchased. In this case, the CEE inputs and outputs on the individual containers are omitted. However, it is then no longer possible to retrofit the CEEs at a later date.
We certify that the systems comply with the currently valid VDE regulations. These are, in particular, the DIN VDE0100 series of standards and the accident prevention regulations for electrical systems and equipment (DGUV V3). All electrical equipment used bears CE labelling.
In rooms that are exposed to increased humidity and the presence of running water, such as sanitary areas and bathrooms, additional safety measures must be taken for the electrical installation.
Electrical devices such as lights or switches must meet the specific requirements for damp rooms in order to prevent the ingress of water. The special design of these electrical devices provides protection against this. For this reason, we use devices with the appropriate IP protection class.
