FAQ on construction site containers

Construction containers are generally categorised as so-called temporary structures. This is due to their useful life, which is limited to the duration of the construction site. Therefore, containers that are required for logistics, infrastructure and storage on the construction site do not usually require planning permission. These include construction site containers for accommodation, as break rooms, for sanitary facilities, construction site offices or as storage.

Both are possible. Depending on the duration of use and economic planning, you can flexibly rent, buy or use our construction site containers on a hire-purchase model. We will be happy to advise you on which option makes the most sense for your project.

FAGSI generally hands over the containers ready for use. This means that FAGSI's scope of services also includes the connection work for electricity and, if necessary, water and waste water.

Yes, our office and recreation containers are equipped with thermal insulation, electric heating and, on request, air conditioning. This allows us to provide pleasant working conditions in all weathers.

FAGSI office containers for construction sites are equipped with SPR, BAP luminaires, diffuser luminaires, LEDs and optional presence detectors. Depending on the product line, the switches and sockets are either surface-mounted or flush-mounted, and the data channels are fully equipped. Window grilles, door grilles or protector bolts ensure burglar resistance. Furniture with desks, office chairs, cupboards and sideboards is available on request.

Sanitary containers are available as WC men, WC women, WC women/men, shower containers, combination WC and shower containers or black and white containers. They are furnished to a high standard with products from German brand manufacturers. All sanitary and toilet areas are designed in accordance with workplace guidelines and barrier-free sanitary facilities are possible.

The recreation and residential containers also contain SPR, BAP lights, bathtub lights, LEDs or optional presence detectors. Depending on the product line, switches and sockets are either surface-mounted or flush-mounted. The containers include a kitchen unit or kitchenette; furnishing with tables, chairs, beds and cupboards is possible on request.

The FAGSI ProBASIC is a flexible container solution for medium to long-term use. The buildings can be stacked up to three storeys high, fulfil high sound insulation and fire protection requirements and offer various sizes and equipment options. Thanks to the plug & play power connection, installation is quick and uncomplicated.
