FAQ on container buildings for office & administration

The costs depend on the customer's requirements regarding the size, equipment and service life of the building. We prepare customised offers based on these specific requirements and framework conditions. However, customers only ever pay for the office for as long as they actually need it.

Three series are available for the realisation of office buildings, which have been developed for different requirements and service lives. The type programme with preconfigured module and container types offers a wide range of options for varied floor plans in office buildings. Our experts can advise you on planning and customised equipment.

The construction time naturally depends on the complexity of the project. However, we typically only need around 4 months from awarding the contract to handover. As we have around 30,000 rental units in Germany, we can react very quickly to our customers' requirements and create the offices they need.

As a general contractor, we deliver and assemble the office building and coordinate the fit-out on site, including all the necessary trades up to the turnkey handover of the temporary administration building. On request, we also provide support during the project preparation, design and approval phase.

We offer FAGSI solutions for offices both for purchase and for rent. The best option for building owners depends on the planned service life, the degree of customisation and the planned use. After all, the buildings can be remodelled, enlarged, downsized or even relocated during use.
